In short: we collect only what we need to deliver your course and support you. We never sell your data, and we never see your card or UPI details.
1. Who we are
EditBay Studio ("we", "us") sells the Vibe Editing course through this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what choices you have.
2. What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address and phone number, entered on Razorpay's checkout, along with your order and payment status.
- When you contact us: your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- When you visit the website: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. Our hosting provider records this automatically for security and performance.
We do not collect or store your card number, UPI ID, or bank login details. These are handled directly by Razorpay.
3. How we use it
- To send you your course link and important updates about the course
- To answer your questions and give support
- To confirm payments and resolve payment issues
- To keep records required by tax and accounting laws
- To keep the website secure and working properly
We'll only send you marketing emails if you've agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Razorpay, to process your payment (Razorpay's privacy policy)
- Netlify, which hosts this website
- The email and file-hosting services we use to deliver your course materials
- Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it
5. Cookies and embedded content
Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. However, some parts of the page load content from other companies:
- Instagram reels are embedded from Instagram (Meta), which may set its own cookies and collect data about your interaction with the embed.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
These services follow their own privacy policies.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your purchase details for as long as you have access to the course, and for as long as tax and accounting laws require after that. Support emails are kept only as long as they're useful for helping you.
7. Keeping it safe
We use reputable, secure services and limit access to your information to people who need it to help you. No method of storing data online is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
8. Your rights
Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that's wrong or incomplete
- Delete your information, where we're not legally required to keep it
- Withdraw consent you've given, for example to marketing emails

9. Children
The course is meant for adults. If you're under 18, please make your purchase with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.
