Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Vibe Editing system ("the Course") sold by EditBay Studio ("we", "us", "our") on this website. By buying or using the Course, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't make a purchase.

2. What you're buying

Vibe Editing is a self-paced digital course. It includes video modules, Claude skill files, prompt libraries, templates and checklists, as described on our sales page. Once your payment is confirmed, we email a private link to your course materials to the address you used at checkout.

If your course link hasn't arrived within 24 hours of a successful payment, please check your spam folder, then contact us at hello@editbaystudio.io.

3. Price and payment

4. No refunds

The Course is a one-time purchase of digital content that can be accessed immediately. For this reason, all sales are final and no refunds are issued once an order has been processed.

If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged when the payment showed as failed, please contact us with your payment ID. We'll check it and return any duplicate or wrongly taken amount.

5. Your access

6. What you may and may not do

You may: use the lessons, prompts, skills and templates to create videos for yourself and for paying clients. The videos you create are yours.

You may not: copy, resell, upload, share, or publish the Course materials themselves (videos, skill files, prompt libraries or templates), whether for free or for money, or present them as your own course or product.

7. Third-party tools

The Course teaches workflows using third-party tools such as Claude (made by Anthropic). These tools are not part of your purchase. They may have their own costs, plans, limits and terms, which you're responsible for following. EditBay Studio is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic or any other tool provider. Tools may change their features or pricing at any time; we'll aim to keep the Course updated, but we can't guarantee every tool works exactly as shown.

8. Results

Time and cost comparisons on our website are typical examples, not promises. Your results depend on your footage, your practice, your ideas, and the tools you use. We don't guarantee any particular income, client work, views or followers.

9. Intellectual property

All Course content, branding and website content belong to EditBay Studio, except third-party names and trademarks, which belong to their owners. Buying the Course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it as described above. It doesn't transfer ownership.

10. Limitation of liability

We provide the Course "as is". To the extent the law allows, EditBay Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Course or any third-party tool. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version in force when you bought the Course applies to your purchase.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in India.
